Time passes quickly, don’t forget to remember what makes you, you. We suggest flipping through old photo albums, funny home videos, little notes or anything that reminds you of a wonderful time in your life. You’ll be giggling at your once popular hairstyle from decades ago!


#4 Treat yourself

Indulge in some self-love by treating yourself to something a little extra today. A favorite dessert or a fancy pedicure are just a couple of suggestions. Have another glass of wine, no one’s counting!

We all have places and treats we love. Enjoy your favorite TV shows or maybe cook up one of your favorite dishes to get you feeling in control of your life.

Sometimes we’re overworked. Take time out to rest and relax your mind, body, and spirit either through taking a nap or meditation. It’s perfect for clearing your thoughts.

Sometimes we’re restless with thoughts, worries, and obligations rolling around in our minds. It’s helpful to pull out your notebook and write down whatever's got you stressed.

Whether it’s the latest Ellen episode or funny internet video, a good laugh is sometimes all we need! When things aren’t going your way, don't get too upset. Instead, find time to laugh at yourself.
